Maftec Insulation

Maftec® Insulation for Extreme High-Temperature Applications up to 1600°C

High-Purity Mullite Fibre Blanket Engineered for Furnace Linings, Modular Systems and Demanding Thermal Insulation Applications

Maftec® Blanket is a premium high-temperature insulation manufactured entirely from pure mullite fibre, providing exceptional thermal stability for demanding industrial environments. Needled on both sides without binders or added constituents, it combines very low thermal conductivity with outstanding strength, flexibility and resistance to thermal shock.

Engineered for continuous operating temperatures up to 1600°C, Maftec retains its toughness, strength and soft fibrous structure during extended high-temperature service. Its low shrinkage, low heat storage and virtually shot-free composition make it particularly suited to furnace linings, modular insulation systems and applications requiring reliable performance at extreme temperatures.

Why Choose the Maftec Range

Maftec Blanket combines exceptional high-temperature stability with low thermal conductivity and excellent handling characteristics, providing a premium insulation solution for extreme-temperature industrial applications.
